- Every customer gets personal PalmPay and OPay account numbers. Transfers to them are added to your wallet without anyone confirming by hand.
- Refunds without asking
- If we cannot complete your order, your wallet is refunded automatically. If an order is still being confirmed, the money is held for you until it is sorted out.

- What you buy is shown on your own Orders page after you log in.
- Your data stays small
- We send your phone number once to create your funding account and do not store it. Passwords are stored scrambled, and the whole site runs over an encrypted connection.
Questions
How do I add money to my wallet?
Log in, open Wallet, and create your personal account number. Send a bank transfer to it from any bank app. The amount is added to your wallet automatically when the transfer arrives.
Where do I find what I bought?
On your My orders page. Delivered details appear there as soon as the order is complete.
What happens if my order fails?
Your wallet is refunded automatically. If an order is still waiting for confirmation, it shows as pending on your Orders page and we resolve it by delivering it or refunding you.
What are routes?
Routes are separate delivery lines for similar products, labelled Route 1, Route 2 and so on. Prices can differ between routes, so you can pick whichever suits you.
Do I need an account to look around?
You need a free account to see products and prices. Creating one only needs your name, email and a password.
