Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to run your account: your name, email address and password, your wallet and order history, and the details you enter for a service you buy.
Email addresses are stored encrypted and passwords are stored scrambled (hashed). The whole site runs over an encrypted connection. We send your phone number once to create your funding account number and do not store it.
Photos and documents you upload for a Digital Services job are used only to complete that job and are deleted once it is finished.
For security we keep a record of sign-ins, sign-outs and account activity with the device and approximate location, so we can spot misuse of an account. We do not sell your information.
You can change your name, email and password in Settings. To ask for your account to be removed, contact support from the chat assistant.
